A non-drive-through, urban restaurant concept adaptation of the popular QSR brand. An abandoned El Torito restaurant of 10,000 square feet in size was rehabilitated through selective demolition of its front and back, and the second floor. New facades, roofing, and a complete overhaul of mechanical and electrical systems. A custom-designed and fabricated breeze-block street façade is a nod to Southern California's mid-century modern design legacy.
