A free-standing, custom-designed structure houses the client’s prototypical layout and elements, addressing the specifics of planning and zoning restrictions imposed by its location on a busy commercial corridor’s street corner near a major freeway.

The site is developed with a Starbucks Coffee as a neighbor sharing common street entry/ exit driveways and parking areas while following each outlet’s specific drive-through queueing, stacking, and serving requirements. Project features include a dual-lane drive-through, covered canopies at the order point and the pickup area, and 84 indoor and 16 outdoor patio seats.
