A street-level flagship store on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA, one of Southern California’s premier open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment districts. A former bookstore was converted to a unique retail environment showcasing Benetton’s world-renowned collection of men’s and women’s Italian sportswear.

The scope of the remodel included structural alterations, new signage, interior lighting, and upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems.
