A free-standing, custom-designed structure houses the client’s prototypical layout and elements, addressing the specifics of planning and zoning restrictions imposed by its busy commercial corner location.
The project features include a drive-through (double-lane at the order point, single-lane at the pickup area), metal shade trellis covering part of the patio dining area, and 124 indoor and 52 outdoor patio seats. A wood plank-clad “Mega Wall” at the corner of the street façade with Chick-fil-A’s iconic red logo acts as a place finder in the busy commercial corridor.
