A tenant improvement/ remodel of an existing space on the third level of a new commercial building above the two-floor Target across the Strip from Park MGM at the heart of the famed Las Vegas strip.

The restaurant is accessed by elevators from the street-level lobby. The 378-seat dining and bar/lounge is divided into several zones, ranging from private/ group dining to a more public, communal layout. The full-height aluminum-and-glass storefront offers sweeping views of the lively Las Vegas Strip below from all diners. A custom frame was crafted to attach to the outside of the building to hold the Transparent LED panels, which put on a dazzling show, demanding attention in the ultra-hyper strip scene at nighttime.
