The store is divided into Men's and Women's boutiques, each having its own storefront and separate entrance. The program included sales and dressing areas organized by the degree of exclusivity of the merchandise. Accessories are placed at the front of the store and apparel at the back.

The boutiques' look, in keeping with Valentino's hallmark designs, is classically modern. The authentic Italian palette of finishes includes bronze, leather, Venetian plaster, and Roman travertine.
